![]() The basement parking is open to the public. How many apartment units are available and what are their rents? Garage parking is residents only and requires an NFC tag to open the doors. My best recommendation is to get garage parking and not basement parking. Other apartment complexes in Tysons have had this happen much more frequently. As far as I know that was a one-off thing but that's a much larger issue in all of FFX county. ![]() Lumen staff didn't want non-residents going up the elevators so the dropoff point behind the desk was the best compromise, but food ended up not being picked up for long periods of time. We went from leaving food on a dropoff point by the front desk, to having it behind the front desk, and now most food delivery just take the food right to your door. One person said they lived at Lumen and didn't even know we had that option! After we told our neighbors to use the emergency line the staff finally realized how big the issue actually was and had 3rd party contractors to come in and fix the main issue. The emergency maintenance line fixed the issue within a couple hours, every single time. These requests can take days to fix because they're for routine issues. Most people on the community forum only say they put in requests which are delayed due to COVID. We had AC issue which was probably the biggest issue I've had here but we also have an emergency maintenance line for issues like these. Call up Lumen and ask what's up because my app only took 1-2 weeks tops. This happened within the last month or so. You application might have gotten lost during the company change. It wasn't bad before but the concierge is on top of everything these days. I say upgrade because the service got a lot better this last month and a half. They recently upgraded the staff during the company change. But that doesn't mean that there aren't some major issues. I think Lumen is probably the best apartment in all of Tysons. I live at Lumen, throwaway for obv reasons.
