The fuel really needs to be adjusted to suit. I do wonder if there is a slight loss of top end but maybe more mid range just makes it feel like that. You can hear a difference in the induction noise. They do make the low-mid range power stronger. If you want to know more or even buy some then this is the guy that made them My impressions so far are encouraging. I have no idea yet if they might work on other combinations.Īlso - I have not adjusted the fuel to suit and I have not yet run it on the dyno to do any kind of back to back (but I will) to be clear - My experience so far is on my bike with my combo (Full Akra, Airbox kit, Gabro Tune to suit etc) There is a little cut out to allow better allen key access too. The stacks are separate from the mounting collars so they can be rotated to the optimal angle and the little safety shroud around the bolts is maintained in case one ever comes loose. The design is based on the Gabro "airbox kit" lengths to try and gain the mid range without loosing top end etc. So found someone that actually knows what they are doing and I've got a set to try. I wanted to try and make something better and see if there is any difference in the real world. I've always thought the OEM velocity stacks are a compromised design. I'm the first to admit that I often do things that aren't really required or smart.
